| 18 | oz chicken, boneless and skinless |
| 10 1/2 | oz cream of mushroom soup |
| 10 1/2 | oz fat free sour cream |
| 1 | tbsp. cayenne pepper |
| 3 | cups white rice, cooked |
- place all ingredients, except rice in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours at medium heat.
