Chicken a'La Yummy Recipe

11 points per serving (only 4 if eaten without rice)

Ingredients
18 oz chicken, boneless and skinless
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 oz fat free sour cream
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 cups white rice, cooked
Directions
  1. place all ingredients, except rice in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours at medium heat.

  2. once cooked, shred chicken and place back into sauce.

  3. serve over hot rice.
