Sugar-Free Corn Muffins

Yum!

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Yellow Cornmeal
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cups Splenda Granular
2 tbs Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Light Margarine
1 cup Soymilk
2 Egg Whites
4 tbs Splenda Brown Sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Spray down a 12 hole pan with PAM

  3. Mix Dry

  4. Mix Wet

  5. Slowly Mix together

  6. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
