Great tasting low carb bread recipe.
| 1 | cup water |
| 2 | egg |
| 2 | tablespoon butter or margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute |
| 2/3 | cup ground flax seeds |
| 1/2 | cup soy flour |
| 1 | cup wheat gluten flour |
| 1/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 2 | teaspoon dried yeast |
- 2 lb capacity bread machine, combine ingredients according to manual.
- dought setting
- Let rise for 10 minutes.
- Remove from maching and press on cutting board cobvered with whole wheat flour
- Cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll into balls and press until fairly flat.
- Let rise 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.
