Low Carb Bread Rolls Recipe

Great tasting low carb bread recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup water
2 egg
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
2/3 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup soy flour
1 cup wheat gluten flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon dried yeast
Directions
  1. 2 lb capacity bread machine, combine ingredients according to manual.

  2. dought setting

  3. Let rise for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from maching and press on cutting board cobvered with whole wheat flour

  5. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

  6. Roll into balls and press until fairly flat.

  7. Let rise 10 minutes.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  9. Cool on wire rack.
