| 1 | cup mashed bananas |
| 1 | tbsp country crock |
| 6 | egg whites |
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 2 | tbs ground cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp nutmeg |
| 2 | tbs imitation vanilla extract |
| 3/4 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup Walnuts |
In mixing bowl, beat bananas and butter until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; add to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Spoon into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool.Categories
