Low Fat, Zero Sodium Pico De Gallo Recipe

Tangy, spicy pico.

Ingredients
600 grams tomato, chopped
20 grams jalapeno pepper, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
175 grams onion, chopped
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp soy sauce
4 tbsp lime juice
Directions
  1. Use fresh ingredients.

  2. Mix them together and serve.

  3. Refrigerate. Tastes better the second day.

  4. Good with chips, on tortillas, pitas, on salads, meats and almost everything!
