using brown rice

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
29 oz Del Monte diced tomatoes
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tsp chili powder
Directions
  1. brown hamburger and chopped onions

  2. mix hamburger, onion, tomatoes, rice and chili powder

  3. Heat over 350

  4. Bake 1 hour (45 min w/ lid; then 15 w/out lid)
