Yummy Twist on an ole' fav
| 16 | oz whole kernel corn, drained |
| 3 | yukon gold potatoes |
| 15 | Baby Carrots |
| 1/2 | medium onion |
| 1 | Leek |
| 2 | cups reduced-sodium chicken broth |
| 2 | cups non-fat milk |
| 1/4 | cup light margarine |
- Boil everything except the milk/butter
- Puree Everything once it's cooked through & through
- Put it back in the pot (make sure no lumps).
- Add milk/butter
- Enjoy!!
