Sweet Corn Chowder Recipe

Yummy Twist on an ole' fav

Ingredients
16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
3 yukon gold potatoes
15 Baby Carrots
1/2 medium onion
1 Leek
2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups non-fat milk
1/4 cup light margarine
Directions
  1. Boil everything except the milk/butter

  2. Puree Everything once it's cooked through & through

  3. Put it back in the pot (make sure no lumps).

  4. Add milk/butter

  5. Enjoy!!
