Mom's banana bread recipe
| 1/2 | cup crisco |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 2 | cups flour |
| 1 | cup banana |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 | tbsp water |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
- Combine all ingredients
- Bake in greased mini loaf pans at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown on top
- Servings are 1/10 of a mini loaf pan
