Ingredients
1 small banana
1/2 c Mixed Berries - Frozen Fruit
1/2 c mango
1/4 c orange juice
1/4 c Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 tbsp honey
Directions
  1. add all ingredients to blender

  2. blend until smoothe
