Tuna Salad Recipe

Yummy with lots of fresh vegetables!

Ingredients
6 oz canned tuna in Water
1 tbls yellow mustard
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 small dill pickles
2 stalks celery
1/2 medium apple
1/4 small onion
3 medium radishes
1/3 medium cucumber
1 small carrot
1 1/2 tbls fresh lemon juice
Directions
  1. Drain tuna

  2. Chop everything up into small chunks

  3. mix it all together

  4. chill and serve as a sandwich or over lettuce with fresh cracked pepper.
