| 6 | oz canned tuna in Water |
| 1 | tbls yellow mustard |
| 1 | tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | small dill pickles |
| 2 | stalks celery |
| 1/2 | medium apple |
| 1/4 | small onion |
| 3 | medium radishes |
| 1/3 | medium cucumber |
| 1 | small carrot |
| 1 1/2 | tbls fresh lemon juice |
- Drain tuna
- Chop everything up into small chunks
- mix it all together
- chill and serve as a sandwich or over lettuce with fresh cracked pepper.
