A light and flavorful way to enjoy broccoli.

Ingredients

tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin |
| 1 |
tablespoon garlic, chopped |
| 2 |
bunches broccoli |
| 1 1/2 |
cups 99% fat free chicken broth |
Directions
- Peel and dice the garlic.
- Chop the broccoli.
- Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- When the oil is warm, add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli to the oil and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 - 3 minutes, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
- Add the chicken broth to the pan. Let the broccoli simmer in the broth for 15 - 20 minutes, or until softened.
