Post Work-Out Bars Recipe

Makes 25 servings


Yummy & Fiber/Protein Rich

Ingredients
2 cups Oats
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
10 Egg Whites
5 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Splenda Granular
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
5 tbs Benefiber
1 cup Dried Apricots
2 tbs Cinnamon
2 tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract
Directions
  1. Mix the dry & Mix the wet.

  2. Mix them together ;)

  3. Put them in cute shapes or press the whole batter into a cookie sheet (I like this best because it perfectly molds into the bottom of the pan and they are all the same size)

  4. Bake at 350

  5. *15 mins for shaped cookies/ball cookies/the whole dang pan :)
