| 2 | cups Oats |
| 1 | cup Whole Wheat Flour |
| 10 | Egg Whites |
| 5 | scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder |
| 1 | cup Splenda Granular |
| 1/2 | cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter |
| 1/2 | cup Unsweetened Applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup Unsweetened Soy Milk |
| 5 | tbs Benefiber |
| 1 | cup Dried Apricots |
| 2 | tbs Cinnamon |
| 2 | tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract |
- Mix the dry & Mix the wet.
- Mix them together ;)
- Put them in cute shapes or press the whole batter into a cookie sheet (I like this best because it perfectly molds into the bottom of the pan and they are all the same size)
- Bake at 350
- *15 mins for shaped cookies/ball cookies/the whole dang pan :)
