| 2 | cups vegetable broth |
| 4 | cups chicken broth |
| 2 | cups egg noodle |
| 2 | tbsp ginger |
| 2 | tsp soy sauce |
| 350 | g of clams, squid, shrimp, calamari, mussels and octopus |
| 500 | g of baby corn, peas, baby carrots |
- Cook noodles seperately.
- Mix the rest of the ingrediants (except seafood medley and veggies) in a pot then bring to a boil.
- Add veggies and seafood medley.
- Add noodles when cooked.
- Serve with fresh cilantro.
