easy dish for a bbq
| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp chili powder |
| 1/2 | tsp dry mustard |
| 1 | medium onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | green pepper, diced |
| 3 | tbl wine |
| 1 | cup tomato sauce |
| 1 | tbl brown sugar |
| 1 | cup corn |
| 38 | oz baked beans |
- Brown ground beef and garlic; add salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard. When meat is cooked through, add the onions and green peppers and cook until onions are translucent. Add wine if dry. Add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, corn, and baked beans.
- Top with cheese if desired and heat in a 300 degree oven until the cheese has melted and browned.
