Tahini Citrus Dressing Recipe

delicious over tomatoes, grilled or roasted meats, and poultry.

Ingredients
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1/8 salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. Server at once, or refrigerte in an airtight container for up to 2 days
