spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup low fat mozzarella
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)
14 ounce artichoke hearts
Directions
mix all ingredients bake at 350 until bubbly
