| 4 | eggs |
| 1/3 | c. whole wheat flour |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tbsp thyme |
| 1/4 | ground pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp kosher salt |
| 1 1/2 | c. low-fat cottage cheese |
| 10 | oz. frozen broccoli |
| 1 | c. crumbled feta |
| 1 | c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese |
- preheat oven to 350.. coat a pie plate
- combine eggs, flour, garlic, thyme, pepper, salt. stir in cottage cheese, broccoli, feta, cheddar. spoon into pie plate.
- bake 40-45 minutes until knife comes out clean. cool on wire rack 5-10 minutes.
