chicken salad with egg noodles
| 1 | lb chicken breast |
| 1 | cup miracle whip |
| 1 | tbsp prepared mustard |
| 1/2 | cucumber, diced |
| 2 | celery stalks, diced |
| 1/2 | pickle, diced |
| 2 | cups egg noodles |
- Boil chicken breasts. Cool and cube.
- Cook noodles. Cool.
- In small mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cucumbers, celery, pickle, and noodles to chicken.
- Add dressing. Toss to coat.
- Serve chilled alone or on bun of your choice. (Croissants are very good with it.)
