Chicken Salad Recipe

chicken salad with egg noodles

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
1 cup miracle whip
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 cucumber, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 pickle, diced
2 cups egg noodles
Directions
  1. Boil chicken breasts. Cool and cube.

  2. Cook noodles. Cool.

  3. In small mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add cucumbers, celery, pickle, and noodles to chicken.

  5. Add dressing. Toss to coat.

  6. Serve chilled alone or on bun of your choice. (Croissants are very good with it.)
