low fat turkey burgers

adapted from the clean eating cookbook

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 1/4 cup bran flakes
2/3 cup skim milk
3 tsp chicken broth
1/4 cup onion, minced
2 egg whites
Directions
  1. soak bran flakes in milk for 5 minutes

  2. add ingredients and mix with hands

  3. grill
