Apple: Microwave Baked Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium apple
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 spray butter
Directions
  1. Slice or cube 1 medium apple.

  2. Place in microwave safe bowl.

  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, stir to coat apples.

  4. Microwave for about 2 minutes.

  5. Let stand until it cools a little.
