Vegetables mixed with spaghetti sauce over pasta

Ingredients

tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 |
cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 |
medium onion, diced |
| 2 |
medium zucchini, diced |
| 3 |
button mushrooms, diced |
| 1 |
carrot, shredded |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1/2 |
tsp cracked black pepper |
| 1 |
tsp dry basil |
| 2 |
cups prego spaghetti sauce |
| 1/2 |
lb thin spaghetti |
| 10 |
tsp Parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions
- Heat pan on medium heat.
- Add oil.
- Add veggies, salt, pepper and basil; saute for 5 minutes.
- Add sauce and heat until hot.
- Serve over pasta with 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese.
- Eat and enjoy.
- Also tastes great with browned italian sausage, or by adding some chili flakes or powder for a little added zip!;)
