A carrot milkshake that can be enjoyed warm or cold, with ice or without

Ingredients
1 cup carrots, peeled cut boiled
3/4 cups 2% milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Slow boil the carrots until they are nice and soft. This way they'll easier to blend

  2. In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth

  3. Drink
