A five minute recipe for instant chocolate cake -- in your microwave!

Ingredients

tbsp flour |
| 4 |
tbsp sugar |
| 2 |
tbsp cocoa |
| 1 |
egg |
| 3 |
tbsp milk |
| 3 |
tbsp oil |
| 3 |
tbsp whipping cream |
| 3 |
tbsp raspberry jam |
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
- Add the egg.
- Pour in milk and oil, and mix well.
- Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt).
- Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug.
- Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!
