From Sia's Rajma mushroom masala
| 1/2 | onion |
| 1 1/2 | tomato |
| 1/2 | cup cashews |
| 2 | tbsp oil |
| 1 | cup mushrooms |
| 1/2 | cup peas |
Saute onion,tomato,ginger and garlic paste.Grind with cashews. Splutter cumin seeds in oil.Add mushrooms and cook it for a minute. Add the paste. Add the peas. Cook for sometime. Garnish with coriander leaves.Categories
