Brown Lentil & Basmati Pilaf Recipe

Creamy, brown lentils & Rice, with loads of veggies and stacks of flavour!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup lentils
3 cup basmati rice
2 tablespoons oil
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
1/2 bell pepper
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 onions
1/2 zucchini
4 tablespoons water
4 1/2 cups water
Directions
  1. boil lentils

  2. boil rice

  3. chop veggies

  4. cook in half the oil

  5. add lentils

  6. add rice

  7. add other half of oil

  8. season
