| 796 | ml Whole tomatoes |
| 1 | cup quinoa |
| 2 | tbsp curry paste |
- mix chick peas and tomatoes with a can of water and leave in crock pot during the day.
- Evening: add quinoa and curry paste, cook until quinoa is soft
