Twist on tuna casserolle
| 6 | ounces tuna, white, canned, in water |
| 1 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| 10 1/2 | ounces chicken broth |
| 10 3/4 | ounces cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | tbsp dry bread crumbs |
| 2 | tsp butter |
| 3 | cups rotini, whole grain, uncooked |
- Heat broth plus one can of water in skillet. Add pasta and cook until just tender. Do not drain
- Stir in soup, milk, and tuna. Mix bread crumbs with softened butter, and sprinkle on top.
- Keep on medium heat until warmed through.
- tip: Serve with green beens
