These tea buns are light and fluffy - delicious recipe ! Modified a little, but can be modified more with only WW flour and splenda.

Ingredients
| 2 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 |
cups all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 |
cup butter |
| 1/4 |
cup white sugar |
| 1/4 |
cup splenda |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1 1/4 |
cup skim milk |
| 1 |
cup coconut, shredded |
| 2 |
cups raisin |
| 4 |
tsp baking powder |
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Add butter, mixing with your hands until no lumps remain.
- Add coconut and raisins.
- Make a well in the middle and add milk and egg. Mix into a hard dough.
- Roll out on flat surface and roll dough to about 1 in thick, cut into 2 in circles.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 F for about 12-15 minutes or until top is golden brown. enjoy :)
