Whipped Pudding-Like Dessert Recipe

Lo-Carb, High Protein, Seriously Yummy, Whipped Dessert! :D

Ingredients
1 cup Light Ricotta Cheese
1 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
4 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free
1/4 cup Light Cool Whip
1 tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
Directions
Mix everything together, stick it in the frig to firm it back up. This can be modified by adding a teaspoon of fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix (I like chocolate since I use chocolate protein powder)
