Crockpot Chicken and Fresh Summer Vegetables Recipe

boneless chicken breast and whatever looks good in the produce section, roasted with very little liquid and lots of seasonings.

Ingredients
1 pound chicken, boneless and skinless tenders
3/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
3/4 cup sliced fresh green beans
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 small tomato, diced
2 ears of sweet corn, quartered
1/2 cup fresh rosemary
4 tablespoons chopped garlic
Directions
Roast all in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours until chicken falls apart.
