Spicy Beef Pitzas

Makes 4 servings

Cheap, quick, and easy. Ingredients only cost $1.95 per person.

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp habanero, chopped
1 pound ground beef
4 pitas
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a bowl combine yogurt and 2/3 garlic, season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium. Add the bell pepper and onion, stirring occasionally. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining garlic, habanero, and cumin, cook until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink.

  3. On a baking sheet top each pita with a quarter of the beef mix and bake until crisp about 8 minutes. Top with the garlic yogurt.
