Ingredients

cup plain yogurt |
| 3 |
cloves garlic, chopped |
| 1 |
dash salt |
| 1 |
dash pepper |
| 1 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 1 |
red bell pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 |
onion, chopped |
| 1 |
tsp ground cumin |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp habanero, chopped |
| 1 |
pound ground beef |
| 4 |
pitas |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a bowl combine yogurt and 2/3 garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium. Add the bell pepper and onion, stirring occasionally. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining garlic, habanero, and cumin, cook until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink.
- On a baking sheet top each pita with a quarter of the beef mix and bake until crisp about 8 minutes. Top with the garlic yogurt.
