Grandma Combs' Bread Pudding Recipe

My grandma's recipe. DeLISH.

Ingredients
1/2 lb white bread
1 tbs melted butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 tbs vanilla
1 1/2 c white sugar
1 1/2 c half and half
1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Butter both sides of bread. Tear into small (about 1"-2") pieces and put in a large bowl. Set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and vanilla. Pour over bread and toss. Add sugar and half&half, toss.

  4. Pour mixture into 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

  5. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
