Chicken Soup For The Sick Recipe

Makes 5 servings


IBS kicked in and I needed something I could eat

Ingredients
3 potatos
1/2 cup noodles
1 2/5 l chicken stock
3 cups pumpkin, cubed
1 carrot
1 cup chicken breast
Directions
  1. Boil the chicken stock

  2. Simmer noodles, potato, carrot and chicken for 5 minutes

  3. Add pumpkin

  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes

  5. Take out the chicken and cut it so that it's in small, stringy pieces

  6. Add it back in the soup and cook for another 10 minutes

  7. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes

  8. Serve and enjoy
