IBS kicked in and I needed something I could eat
| 3 | potatos |
| 1/2 | cup noodles |
| 1 2/5 | l chicken stock |
| 3 | cups pumpkin, cubed |
| 1 | carrot |
| 1 | cup chicken breast |
- Boil the chicken stock
- Simmer noodles, potato, carrot and chicken for 5 minutes
- Add pumpkin
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Take out the chicken and cut it so that it's in small, stringy pieces
- Add it back in the soup and cook for another 10 minutes
- Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
