Hearty Mexican meat ball soup
| 1 | lb beef |
| 2 | potatoes |
| 8 | ounce tomato sauce |
| 3 | carrots |
| 1 | white onion |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | cup tomatoes |
| 1 | cup rice |
| 1/4 | cup cilantro |
| 1 | teaspoon cumin |
| 7 | cups water |
- Boil the water.
- Add veggies and tomato products.
- chop cilantro and mix it with rice, egg, 1/2 the cumin and beef. Make small meat balls with this mixture and add to water. Add th rest of the cumin and pepper to soup. Allow one hour to cook. Enjoy.
