Spicy tomato topping for pasta.

Ingredients

tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 4 |
tbsp garlic |
| 1 |
tsp crushed red peppers |
| 42 |
oz diced tomatoes |
| 4 |
tbsp parsley |
Directions
- Heat oil and crushed red peppers.
- Open tomatoes (3 cans) and drain liquid with the lid.
- Add tomatoes to the pan.
- Crush garlic and add to the pan.
- Cook tomatoes until mushy. This is less a sauce and more cooked tomatoes.
- Add mixture to penne pasta as preferred.
