Fruit filled low fat cakey treat!

Ingredients
| 250 |
g Self Raising Flour |
| 2 |
tsp Baking Powder |
| 2 |
Eggs |
| 100 |
g Sugar |
| 250 |
g Blueberries |
| 150 |
g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt |
| 100 |
ml Skimmed Milk |
| 1 |
tsp Vanilla Extract |
Directions
- Prepare muffin tray with paper cases.
- Wash blueberries & finely chop apple.
- Sieve flour & baking powder together & add sugar.
- Mix eggs, vanilla extract & yoghurt together.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture & mix briefly, then add fruit & mix quickly again.
- Divide mixture intio muffin tray & cook at 200C for 10min. Then 15min at 180C or until golden.
- Leave to cool & then enjoy.
