Found this on the internet. Gonna have to try it. ..................... Pre-Heat Oven - 375 degrees .... Prep-Time - 8 hours ........... Cook Time - 13 min or 15 min ........... Ready Time - 8 hours
| 2 | cup flour |
| 8 | ounce cream cheese |
| 1/2 | pound margarine |
| 2 | teaspoon Splenda |
| 1 | egg |
| 12 | ounce Poppy seed |
- Sift flour & sugar together
- Work in margarine, cream cheese, egg
- Kneed together. Easiest way is to put into a plastic food storage bag.
- Let dough stand in refridge - overnight
- Sprinkle some flour onto surface to roll out dough.
- Roll the dough our thin.
- Cut into squares about 2 inches on each side. It's easiest to cut if you use a pizza cutter.
- Spread a small amount of filling (1/2 to 1 tsp) from one corner to the opposite corner. Don't fill them too much, or the filling will spill out when it is cooking.
- Fold the two remaining corners to the center, partially covering the filling.
- Wet your fingertip in a small bowl of water, and seal the edge, or it may open up during the cooking.
- Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for about 13 minutes.
