| 1/2 | lbs chicken breast, cooked and cubed or shredded |
| 3/4 | cups barley quick cooking |
| 3 | cups (2 cans) veg-all mixed vegetables |
| 4 | cups low sodium vegetable broth |
| 40 | g (1 medium stalk ) celery, sliced |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 2 | cups canned tomatoes, diced |
- Place barley, celery, and broth in large pot.
- Cover and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20-35 minutes.
- Add any spices you like when you add veggies.
- Serve hot.
