Quick and easy spinach quiche
|
Ingredients
| 1 |
box of Frozen Chopped Spinach |
| 1 |
tablespoon of Olive Oil |
| 2 |
cloves of Fresh Garlic |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 |
crust Frozen, Ready-to-bake |
| 2 |
cups Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese |
| 1/4 |
cup of grated parmesean cheese |
| 4 |
eggs |
| 1/4 |
cup skim milk |
Directions
- Take out Pie Crust and set aside
- Preheat oven to 375
- Defrost Spinach and squeeze out all of the water
- Saute Spinach, Garlic and Oil for 3-5 minutes, then add Black Pepper
- Add Spinach mixture to pie crust, let cool for 5 minutes then add Shredded Mozzarella
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk (add enough milk like you would be making scrambled eggs), then add Parmesan Cheese
- Pour egg mixture over Spinach and mix together with a fork
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top starts to brown (if the crust edges start to burn before quiche is done, cover edges with aluminum foil)
