Ultimate Breakfast Casserole - Kalel Recipe

Ingredients
3 Eggs, beaten
8 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tsp ground pepper
2 potatoes, 1/2 package Hashbrowns,with onions and peppers
1/2 pounds Ground Sausage, Breakfast
1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese,Shredded
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Brown the sausage and cook the hashbrowns

  2. Mix the sausage and hashbrowns in a large bowl

  3. Mix the beaten eggs with the soup, sour cream and half the cheese

  4. Mix in pepper, salt and cayenne pepper

  5. Pour the soup/egg mixture over the hashbrowns until coated

  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  7. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

  8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of casserole. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.
