| 3 | Eggs, beaten |
| 8 | ounces Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 2 | tsp ground pepper |
| 2 | potatoes, 1/2 package Hashbrowns,with onions and peppers |
| 1/2 | pounds Ground Sausage, Breakfast |
| 1/2 | cups Cheddar Cheese,Shredded |
| 2 | tsp Salt |
| 2 | tsp Cayenne pepper |
- Brown the sausage and cook the hashbrowns
- Mix the sausage and hashbrowns in a large bowl
- Mix the beaten eggs with the soup, sour cream and half the cheese
- Mix in pepper, salt and cayenne pepper
- Pour the soup/egg mixture over the hashbrowns until coated
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of casserole. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.
