| 3 | oz ground turkey |
| 1/8 | cup bread crumbs |
| 1/4 | tsp lemon juice |
| 1/4 | tsp minced garlic |
| 1/4 | tsp parsley |
| 1/2 | tsp red pepper flakes |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic salt |
| 1/2 | tsp worcestershire sauce |
mix all ingredients together and cook on george foreman grill for 5 minutes yum! (Fast too)Categories
