This is a low-calorie seafood salad. Variations to this can include substituting chicken for the lobster and incorporating some pasta.
| 1/2 | lb lobster |
| 2 | carrots |
| 1/2 | lb lettuce |
| 1/4 | lb celery |
| 2 | tomatoes |
| 1 | cucumber |
| 1 | onions |
| 6 | tbsp Miracle Whip Light |
- Chop up all the veggies
- The carrots can be done "julian"
- Add some salt and black pepper.
- Toss.
- Add the Miracle Whip Light salad dressing.
- Toss again and serve.
