| 3 | tbs Reduced Fat Peanut Butter |
| 2 | tbs Unsweetened Applesauce |
| 4 | oz Cream Cheese Fat Free |
| 1/4 | cup Splenda Granular |
| 1 | tbs Vanilla |
| 3 1/2 | scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder |
| 1 | cup Fiber One Cereal |
| 1 | cup Puffed Rice Cereal |
- Mix all the ingredients except the cereals.
- Crush the cereals
- Drop 1/8 of mixture into the cereal mix and form into a ball, or bar (whatever your like). Don't over form it... it's too sticky!
- Spray a plate with non-stick spray.
- Put 'em on the plate
- Let them sit in the frig overnight
- Hint: I use Dymatize Elite Chocolate Protein Powder, and Arrowhead Mills Farms Puffed Rice. When I calculate this it's actually about 138 cals, 13g protein, and 7g fiber. Not bad!
- Also I like to brown the cereal by putting it in the oven first if you have time, makes it more crunchy. :)
