Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars Recipe

Yum-yum!!!

Ingredients
3 tbs Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
4 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1 tbs Vanilla
3 1/2 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Fiber One Cereal
1 cup Puffed Rice Cereal
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the cereals.

  2. Crush the cereals

  3. Drop 1/8 of mixture into the cereal mix and form into a ball, or bar (whatever your like). Don't over form it... it's too sticky!

  4. Spray a plate with non-stick spray.

  5. Put 'em on the plate

  6. Let them sit in the frig overnight

  7. Hint: I use Dymatize Elite Chocolate Protein Powder, and Arrowhead Mills Farms Puffed Rice. When I calculate this it's actually about 138 cals, 13g protein, and 7g fiber. Not bad!

  8. Also I like to brown the cereal by putting it in the oven first if you have time, makes it more crunchy. :)
