Easy Pasta Salad

Makes 1 serving

pasta with italian dressing, mozzarella cheese and vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients
3/4 cup rotini
1/5 cup cucumbers
2 baby carrots
1 1/2 tbsp italian dressing
2 1/2 tbsps mozzarella cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Directions
  1. cook and cool the pasta, then toss with remaining ingredients until well coated in dressing.
