Based on a 1/2 cup of pasta & sauce per serving.
| 1 | Chicken Breast, Meat Only - Cooked, Roasted |
| 20 | spears Asparagus - Cooked, Boiled, Drained |
| 10 | large mushrooms |
| 3 | medium slices bacon |
| 1 | can chicken Broth |
| 2 | cups Alfredo sauce |
| 3 | cups Rotini |
| 2 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 2 | cloves garlic, crushed |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
- Mix lemon juice, crushed garlic, oil in a dish and add chicken. Allow to marinate for ~30 min.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and cook at 400F for 30 min or until cooked through.
- Fry bacon & drain fat - put aside.
- Saute mushrooms.
- Steam aspargus until al dente.
- Cook pasta to desired doneness.
- In a large saucepan add alfredo sauce, bacon and chicken broth - simmer over med-low heat until warm.
- Remove chicken from oven and chop into bite sized pieces.
- Toss chicken, asparagus, sauce and pasta.
