Very good, flavorful tofu.
| 1/5 | lb firm tofu |
| 1/2 | cup chopped tomatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 15 | grams sun dried tomatoes |
| 1 | tsp minced garlic |
- Take half the olive oil. Spread into a large pan. Crumble the tofu with your fingers and sautee it until browned.
- With the other half, sautee the garlic. Add the tomatoes (both), sautee until soft. (2 mins)
- Put tofu on a plate. op with sauce, then cheesse.
- Enjoy!
