Mediteranian Tofu- From Vegan Express Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Very good, flavorful tofu.

Ingredients
1/5 lb firm tofu
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
15 grams sun dried tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
  1. Take half the olive oil. Spread into a large pan. Crumble the tofu with your fingers and sautee it until browned.

  2. With the other half, sautee the garlic. Add the tomatoes (both), sautee until soft. (2 mins)

  3. Put tofu on a plate. op with sauce, then cheesse.

  4. Enjoy!
