This makes one 9X13 pan of lasagna. The leaner the ground beef and the thicker the spaghetti sauce, the less runny the lasagna.

Ingredients

lb. Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles |
| 16 |
oz of nonfat cottage cheese |
| 1 |
lb. cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 |
lb. mozarella cheese, grated |
| 12 |
oz Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched |
| 28 |
oz Prego spaghetti sauce |
Directions
- Brown ground beef. Cook noodles.
- Layer all ingredients (2 layers of everything) in pan, cheese should always be the top layer.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350* for an hour or so until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
