Ingredients
| 1/2 |
lb fresh asparagus, washed & trimmed (12 spears) |
| 3 |
oz proscuitto, cut in half (6 slices) |
| 1 |
T balsamic vinegar |
Directions
- Wash and trim the asparagus
- Slice proscuitto in half
- Wrap the stalk of each asparagus in 1/2 piece of proscuitto, press meat together
- Grill for 3-4 minutes
- Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, if desired
