| 6 | oz steak, grilled & thinly sliced |
| 2 | oz goat cheese |
| 1 | pinch of salt |
| 1 | c cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1 | c mushrooms, halved |
| 2 | c mixed salad greens |
| 1 | c arugula |
| 4 | T raspberry balsamic vinegar |
- Grill the steak to desired doneness
- Meanwhile, combine remining ingredients except the vinegar on 2 plates
- Arrange warm steak on top of greens
- Top with raspberry balsamic vinegar
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired
