Quick Couscous

Makes 6 servings

Hot or cold, this dish has great, flavorful ingredients

Ingredients
5 3/5 oz couscous, boxed
1 cup chicken breast, cooked, cubed
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
8 oz feta cheese
Directions
  1. Prepare couscous according to box.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Allow to cool or serve hot.

  4. Can substitute pork for chicken, and use and flavor of boxed couscous and any flavored feta cheese.
